• Reserved rooms will be held until 6:00 PM on the arrival date unless guaranteed.

• Check-out time: 12:00 noon.

• Check-in time: 14:00 PM.

• Credit cards: Master, Visa….

• All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

• Deposit 50% on total room rate for guarantee reservation.

CHILDREN POLICY

• Accommodation: Free of charge for maximum 2 children under 10 years old sharing with adults using existing bed. If extra bed requested, paying USD18/extra bed. Maximum 1 extra bed per room.

• Meals:

- 30% off on Buffet for children from 5 to 10 years old, FOC on breakfast for children under 5 years old.          - Compulsory Gala Dinner on 24th and 31th December: price at USD25/adult and USD17/child from 5 to 10 years old ( net price)

CANCELLATION POLICY

All confirmed booking whether cancelled, Amended, Postponed, Delayed or similar will be treated as under the cancellation policy:
