From the very early XX century, Hotel La Fregate- under the management of Mr & Mrs.Tules Forset, an-eighty –seated restaurant & 13 hotel rooms was on the operation then.

From 1966 , and after the 1st renovation, the Hotel took the Grand Opening with 30 Hotel rooms in 1968. Until 1972, another renovation made the Hotel turn to one of the most beautiful Hotel at that time in Nha Trang City then and the main Guests of the hotel were French Authorities, Foreign Constructors, and business man.. This is the time Hotel La Fregate was still under the Government management.

April 1976, the Government decided to change the company into the name of Khanh Hoa Tourism Company. And by Jan 03rd 1999, they decided to run the company in equalization, Thang Loi Joint Stock Company was born.
In 2006, Thang Loi Board of Chairman decided to re- constructed and upgrade the Hotel to a Four Star Hotel, Thang Loi signed the contract with an agency to design and renovate the Hotel from 68 rooms to 201 rooms.
Until now,Thang Loi continued the completion of the hotel at the same address 04 Pasteur, located at the heart of the most beautiful city of VN- Nha Trang, just 1 minute walking to the seaside, and 5 minutes walking to the biggest shopping center Cho Dam, the Nha Trang Railway
Station, closing to many restaurants, cafes, shops, and entertainment venues . The Hotel includes 201 rooms & Suites, 03 Restaurants with maximum capacity of 1000 seats, 03 conference rooms with maximum capacity of 1000 seats, beside, the hotel is also well decorated with luxury Spa, Bar, Pool, Entertainment.
